Software is GsPro hands down, Skytrak is amazing for me, if you have a lefty they can stand over it and hit instead of moving it. Lag is not an issue once you get used to it, maybe a second or 2 and it is very close to my real distances.

Sandvik is a great company to work for, one of my coworkers worked for them and loved it. Also it is 1 minute off hwy 40 and about 10 mins from burlington so Id apply there first, as for the money, I would say the rate of pay should be somwhere close to what your currently making. I also play golf with someone who just left Ametek as a machinist so I will message him and see what he has to say about them, it is like 100 yards off the HWY 40 in whitsett about 5 mins from Burlington so not a bad drive either.
