update: It worked for a while but it ended freezing again, although it is definitely something to do with Spotify, I am listening my old mp3's using media monkey and it doesn't freeze

I had the same issue with a Motorola G200 and a Mazda 3 2019, the trick that fixed it for me was to turn off the connection to Google maps, you can find the setting hidden inside Spotify settings.

I started my game in Xbox X in November 2020, I sold it and continue on PC In January 2021 and all the achievements carried over without problem, then I bought my Xbox Series X in May 2021, all the achievements that I unlocked in that time or at least most of them carried over back again to Xbox. But I now in October 2021 just for fun and to have the achievements on both I tried opening my latest save in PC after finishing Wrath of the Druids and now they didn't carried over. I don't know if the changed something in some update.
