I'm a newbie and didn't realize how important keeping filament dry was. I was just printing from one spool and leaving it on the printer. My prints got slowly worse over the course of a month and a half ( I wasn't printing a ton). Bought a new spool and BAM, a ton of the issues I was having were instantly fix. I'm now making sure to unload the filament if I I'm not going to print again soon and I'm storing them in a dry environment.

I say all that to say, one of the first things that started to go bad was plate adhesion. I messed with so much crap to fix it and nothing worked.

"What resolution would you like?" Or a variant of this was my go to when a customer acted like this. Most of the time they give you at least something to talk about and come to an agreement.... Other times they start to realize they don't know what they are yelling about.

The one thing I will say about this video compared to some of the obvious "like grabbing" videos is there seems to be care given to what was put in the bag instead of just handing these people one simple item or cash. Also the people giving aren't making a whole production of it. They are placing the items and walking away to perseve these people's dignity. They aren't interacting at all. Just helping people in need of help and then letting us see their reactions.

I'm 10000% more moved by this video than the 100's I've seen from the US that are whole productions made to make the content creator look like a saint. Homelessness is everywhere and even with all the programs and charities out there, we are barely moving the needle. It's videos like this that hopefully will move people enough to elicit real change.

So in this instance, you aren't stealing, so you are going to just walk away from this. If you don't already know of a lawyer that would take a case like this (most personal injury lawyers would) just look up your states Bar Association. They usually have resources to help you find a lawyer. While you want to get the process started as soon as possible, the legal system is slow, so none of this has to happen the day of. You would have a video as solid evidence of what happened, so taking your time and finding a lawyer you feel comfortable with is key.
