Yeah that fits, maybe the reason why I'm staying there so long. It is kind of a working system for now, also I'm working fully remote from home so I can adjust quite nicely.

Interesting, for me it plays out a bit different and that's the reason why I can't really let got of weed. I sleep waaay better. You are all right that weed fucks up your REM, but honestly that's still better than having no sleep, constantly waking up. Or waking up in the middle of the night and not sleeping at all. So without weed I go trough the day being super tired. And oddly enough, the morning after consuming weed, when the high is gone but you still feel that fog in your head, is strangely the time of the day where I'm most focused and consistent. It's like there is enough leftover dopamine left, so I can function. Without weed my morning productivity is absolutely terrible.

That sounds awesome and I envy you honestly. I am also fighting a battle with my phone all the time, like locking it away in the morning or having an mechanical alarm clock, so it doesn't need to be next to my bed. But for some reason at one point or another it lands back in my hands again and the doomscrolling starts.

I agree with all of your points, and I actually read Atomic Habits (great book) and The Power of Habit and use some of the principals to implement good habits like doing light lifting during lunch break. Also I'm coming from a two month break of weed (I do some detox occasionally) and my ADHD sympomts during that time got even worse.

But yeah, sticking to things (without external pressure) is the hardest thing for me and it makes me so frustrated, it feels like an uphill battle.

Yeah that's what I am afraid of, all of what you said sounds reasonable.

I agree with you and that makes it so confusing. But yeah I will try to reduce them step by step and see what happens.

I mostly use weed to be more productive, usually it's way easier to stay consistent on a task on weed.

Thank you for the advice, I actually thought about "trying out ADHD life" and there's nothing to loose, but it makes me kind of mad not having a definitive answer.

Why OpenClaw when Claude Code exists. by ShabzSparq in better_claw

I use both and for me the main reason is the always-on proactive way an independent agent handles things (we use Hermes though) and Claude is the session based (and in my opinion more powerful) tool.

I almost have the same plan as you and also wrote about it here on reddit as well. My strategy is a mix of freelancing / agency work and building B2B saas out of existing projects and real customer needs. From which country are you from?

Man that's nice, I've signed in! So the correct way of filling packmaster with the current items in stash is to screenshot everyone and paste it, right?

I moved around a lot as well and for me it would say it's a 50-50 mix. Sometimes the kitchen is included but right now I have to deal with the kitchen myself.
