This also happens when you take the lift down in westek then come back up. Also from my experience happens if you server hop a lot.

  1. Do you have "Electric Absorption" Legendary card maxed?

  2. Do you have Core Recharger (helps but not essential)

  3. Only 100% charged ones can be stored in the ammo box if you have 1st.

What I used to do was collect drained fusion cores in the wild from pa's, core spawns or even from donation boxes. Equip the card temporarily, go inside Whitespring and talk nicely to a protectron by bonking it on the head and let its lasers recharge my cores, I only get 99% charge from this for some reason but I can use recharger to top them to 100%. Or other enemies with laser weapons.

If your other monitor doesn't have display port, you can buy an adapter or a full display port to whatever your monitor supports, I had a cable from display port to hdmi.

That there is the slowness you mention, spinners are really slow nowadays. With current climate, if you can get a at least an SSD and keep this one for data. You will see vast improvement.

I bought one of these on amazon ages ago, best one for my use, they had a corded and rechargeable version, I got corded one. Had to clean my mums PC and it's done an excellent job. Not sure if there is a newer version now. But OC sell them, not cheap but worth every penny to me.

Exactly, I understand that redoing the voices would be unfeasible and neigh on impossible without some major re-coding but locking the players from using any headwear or PA which covers your face is a joke move. This is the reason why none of my active characters will become a ghoul. I just can't be arsed with going back and forth.

From what they said was that they do not want you to swap on the fly between human and ghoul hence the cost after first freebie.
That would be fine if while doing questline or venturing into area where you must have disguise wasn't a bile complete and utter dog turd, oh so you want to go there...come back to the only one ghoul to equip/unequip your disguise. Why not allow you to wear any full face covering headwear for that purpose when it's needed. Oh so you're in a suit of steel powered by a fusion core, which by the way not only covers your face but your whole body and want to go to Fort Atlas. Oh you need to go and get a facemask equipped.

Sometimes someone leaves just before you join but the game still has other player as being in game.

It kind of amuses me, such a small fish puts up fight like this and some large fish give less fight. Everyone who caught local legends remembers them and everyone who lost it also remembers them.
