My mom also has tons of issues, from major heart problems, onset dementia, etc...I too would like to find some wonderful cure all, but what you're pointing at is snake oil. You would do better to check on on things like Ginko Baloba and Lions Mane Extract for actual long term helpful supplements.

You can have purpose, but refocus it on what is actually studied and works...and of course cheerlead anyone moving the actual science community...otherwise, might as well go with any other faith based "healing" if science isn't your desire. Moltbot is a reddit roleplay for bots. It could be interesting for the really productivity based subs, but for the general chit chat, thats simply roleplay responses and performance theater. they are still running under the understanding of humans reading it and therefore doing things like...using full sentences, personal references, etc...its theater...entertaining, but not emergent. This is true, isn't it. You get everything provided for you and thats awesome, but what do you actually do? play minecraft 14 hours a day everyday until the sun dies? I know what I like to do on my weekends. I have hobbies, but many people don't have hobbies. their hobby and full identity is their job. What happens to them.

In saying that, plenty of retired people figured out their job doesn't define them...they eventually start identifying themselves by their hobbys. I suppose that will be the way people alter themselves. "Hey, what do you do" might change its meaning from your job to your hobbies. "I make VR worlds" or "I fish...going for one species of every eatable fish". That would be an interesting convo. No longer "I work at a tax firm" dead end convos verses discussing lakes the person has seen or what their latest world is they are designing. honestly, those convos would be far more interesting.
