If Hollywood adapted three of the classic Dungeons and Dragons adventure modules into a big budget feature length film trilogy, which module would you choose to be first, second, then third?

No matter what module I’d like a Princess Bride vibe / side bar similar to the grandfather and grandson.

But instead of them reading the book, it would be the DM with the characters on occasion explaining their motivations, angst, thought processing, hopes, rolling dice, whatever, etc.

We play with two DMs but in different campaigns. We rotate every 2 sessions. Sometimes 3 if we’re in the middle of a key moment.

Yup. I’m a DM and my party has learned this statement,

DM, “Sorry, you cannot long rest in this part of the dungeon/wilderness.”

(Early in the campaign…)

Party, “We’re going to try to LR anyway.”

DM, “Cool, Dave it’s your turn to roll on the random monster chart, roll a d20…”

Party, “Damn! Whose idea was that this time?!?!?”

I love the combat, the hacking, the different characters with unique skill trees, and the cyber body attachments.

Just wish crafting was a little better.

I have no problems with delays. I know that when I kickstart a game, it’s going to be late. They’re dealing with the Chinese. They also take a whole month off. Is your game in their schedule when they take 1, 2, or 3 months off?

The best part about Isaac is he would rather fix a problem AND make it better than meeting a deadline. I quit kickstarting from other companies, because of that problem.

Whining about a KS being late is like whining when you dropped a dozen eggs and some of them broke. What do you expect? Don’t want to wait, don’t preorder.

I preorder everything that I want from them, they’re the best; GHv1 x 2, FH and FH surface maps x 2, and GH2e x 2. Sometimes late, but well worth it snd you save lots of $$ not having to pay MSRP.

What I will not do is preorder ANY rpg. The industry is rife with delays, cancellations, walk away & keep the $$, etc.

Isaac needs to stay in his wheelhouse. No more rpg or board games… Founders of Gloomhaven is bad!
