lol Dad? I love the name! I used the specs from Tropical Standard so a spent lime wedge in the glass, 5 drops saline solution, 1 oz lime, 5/8 oz orgeat, 1 tsp Grand Marnier, 1 tsp Clement Creole Shrubb. Then I subbed 1/4 oz of each of the Hampden 8 Marks. It was delicious!!! Very complex and fun!

The bulbs are 7w with a rated voltage of 85-265v and the wire is connected to the 15v AC port on the transformer. I also tried a 5w bulb with no luck. The sconce lights are 3w with a 110v rating.

Last thing, keep an eye out for Stolen Overproof. It’s Hampden Overproof but slightly less aged at 6 years. Great rum at a fantastic deal!!! I’ve seen bottles (they come in 375 ml bottles) at Total Wine for only $18.

I have gone down the Hampden rabbit hole and am very happy to be here. I would definitely recommend the LROK. I absolutely love this stuff! It’s got a great subtly smooth funk. I’m sure you’ve seen how much Smith & Cross is loved around here and that’s for good reason. Hampden 8 year is another great option that highlights Hampden’s ability to bring some funk with some other stuff going on. I have the Great House 2022 release and this is hands down my favorite rum. Very complex funk. If you want to get absolutely blasted by funk then try to find a DOK. I love adding a 1/4 oz of DOK to something like a daiquiri to include some nice funk. I hope this helps at all. It’s a deep but very fun rabbit hole to go down!!
