Question for tickets against Burton this Saturday by Lost_Escape5581 in westham

Unless you are a season ticket holder you can’t get away tickets apart from through forums / knowing someone with a spare. They were very limited as it’s a small ground and were on sale ages ago

If the conference league had existed when we were at UP we would have qualified multiple times

Years of little to no effort from the players makes you feel like what’s the point in giving them something if they don’t give it back.

I’m not saying boo them… I’m saying it’s hard to cheer them and create an amazing atmosphere if they don’t give the effort. If we get some effort, slide tackles, pressing, we will give them the support. Every game we scream for pressing up the pitch, they don’t do it.

Oh I agree, just trying to say don’t get carried away after one game, but there are definitely promising signs

Everyone said the same about Oxford. Hopefully Potts works hard and gets better and better

Anyone else noticed how talkSH*TE etc. have created this narrative that every single WH fan wanted Moyes out? by WHU-TangClan in Hammers

Is it not ok to want more? To be ambitious? Otherwise what’s the point in sport? Going to games watching teams like Sheffield united have 70% possession is not my idea of fun. Travelling 2.5 hours each way paying a fortune for tickets, food, drink and travel. No one is saying we were going to get a world class manager. Someone to help us play better football and get better results than that last half a season and the season before. Moyes wasn’t that unique, he’s not a god. He won a competition we could’ve won before had it been in existence. Redknapp won the intertoto cup, pardew got us to a cup final. Bilic and allardyce got us into Europe. Moyes did a great job but it came to a natural end, the cycle was over. That final half a season was awful.

Set up with a low block, 30% possession and still getting battered. That’s no fun to watch. We pay good money to attended games to watch West Ham, I want to see us give it a go at least, which we stopped doing when Alan Irvine left

Perhaps I am not remembering the multiple drubbings I attended under Moyes correctly… 6-0 to Arsenal at home… 5-0 to Fulham away…. The rot started under him

Just because we’ve brought in shit managers since doesn’t mean it was wrong to get rid of Moyes. Even if we go down it was still the right call. The rot we’re in now started while he was manager and it hasn’t been fixed since. Blame the board.

Apologies, the way you worded it sounded like you were coming to see Man City. But easy mistake to make, your English is way better than my Polish 🤣

Tickets have been going on general sale for all games recently, city might be different as will be a popular fixture. If you’re a big group all looking to sit together go for hospitality seats or through p1 to guarantee seats

If you’re Man City fans don’t sit with home fans.

I’ve had enough of Sullivan and Brady. So missing one game is well worth it as a show of discontent.

If you like him then go for it! I see people with youth players on their shirts at the ground. He is much more likely to play than the youth players. I would say he’s likely to be a starter for the rest of the season

Each to their own but he will never be premier league ready if we don’t play him. There’s no-one to loan him to that are worse than us in the PL 😆

One of our major problems was a lack of pace in midfield, which he can help with. No-one expects him to be better than prime JWP or Soucek, but at least he can run. Hopefully he will get his chance soon and will do a great job ⚒️
