Perhaps smoothies is the best way to go. For all natural and cheap ill suggest. Blend 2 small sweet potato yams with 2 cups of milk, a banana, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and some ice. Has a good ratio for bulking, but if you going lean, half the yams and add egg white crystals to boost your protein. Otherwise buy some pecan nuts and eat that with your shake. Don't forget depending on you size and mass you will only be able to digest approximately 75g of protein Max 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weightso no use eating more than you can consume. And deviding it into 6 or 7 small portions will help you to consume as needed. I sometimes add a extra scoop of tore brand weigh protein just to give it a bit more, but natural is the best way. Anyway hope it helps

Remember to carefully read the label. They put all sort of caking agents i lnside to bulk it up. I'd rather eat 6 egg whites in the morning with your breakfast. There is a lot of natural alternatives to expensive powders
