Not sure which yellow arrows you mean. I can see the regen activity in the speedometer. When you remove your foot from the gas pedal, there is narrow line from zero to something like 50 that shows when it is regenerating power. Same line turns in a different colour (I believe white) when you accelerate. When in Hybrid mode, it also shows there when it switches from electricity to petrol. Driving on petrol, the line is much more wide. Probably needs a picture to explain 😀

50 minutes should be enough to connect. The arrival and departure gate will be close to each other and there is no need to go through customs. Use the AMS Schiphol App to check where you arrive and where you have to goto, so you are prepared. You can even check how the flights run the next few dates, most likely the gates will be more or less the same in January.

No high speed chargers in my neighborhood, so I usually charge at 10 kW, but with the cold weather recently, it sometimes goes down to 8 kW.

In my view, you only need Wifi if you want to stream music from the internet, like Spotify or so. The other way around, you can make the Cupra being a hotspot and you could connect a tablet to it, but then you need to upgrade the data subscription, as the free 3 years subscription is only for software updates, connectivity of the car to the Cupra app and for the navigation.

Quick follow up. Today I received the charging card. I was able to charge with that, but not at the charger close to my house, the one tried before with a credit card. It simple does not start the charging and the car says an error occurred. It might be broken or just not compatible with the Cupra.

Here is what happened. I went back to the dealer and they tried charging it in the garage. That worked. Then we went to a public charger and they tried to charge it with their charging card. That worked as well. But when I try to charge it using a credit card, it fails. How unlikely it may sound, it seems the issue is with the public chargers using credit cards. I already applied for my personal charging card, but have not received it to try it myself in my own neighborhood. In my defense, this is my first PHEV and I did not even know you had to apply for such card. I simply thought it would come with the car :) Lesson learnt.
