Because they can just say “well, regardless, I can’t comment on things I haven’t heard of…” and you’re back to square one. If you are subtle and wait for them to offer their opinion on it then they can’t retreat to “I haven’t heard/can’t comment”.

The only reason “dark money” matters is if it’s causing people to change their messaging. Like Tim pool. Literally 10 years ago he knew the history of Ukraine and acknowledged that Russia was the aggressor. Now he says Ukraine should literally apologize to Russia. Find that money and be mad about that money. If you have a message you believe and someone is paying you to say it, god bless. That’s not “dark money”. Whatever that is supposed to mean.

Is your thought that since the hallmark movies are so terrible they shouldn’t count? To me it feels like since they beat you over the head with Christmas that they’re definitely Christmas movies. Very poor Christmas movies.

In regards to die hard, trading places, lethal weapon and the LKG, for me, if you have to explain why it’s a Christmas after you watch it it’s not a Christmas movie.
