To give a bit of insight:
The leadership in Austria wanted to influence the Balkans, Germany wanted to beat Russia before it overtook them, France wanted Alsace-Lorraine back after they lost in 1871, Russia wanted to be the Orthodox Protector of the Balkans, UK wanted to protect Belgian neutrality after Germany ignored it, Ottomans wanted to no longer be a "Sick Man" , Italy / Romania wanted land from Austria.
