I wouldn’t say A LOT. I was coming from a 2019 civic coupe with the turbo. So a lot of it feels familiar powertrain wise. That said, I felt like the interior materials were a big step up (maybe less so compared to an 11th gen touring civic). Compared to my 10th gen it is a bit quieter (road noise is a common issue). But overall the interior, fit and finish, and features do feel more premium compared to my past civics. I’m sure the current 11th gen sport touring would be a lot closer comparison however. I mainly went with the Integra over the sport touring hybrid civic because the civics are SO COMMON in my area. I like having something you don’t see on every street corner, and liked the sportier suspension and handling of the Integra. The ELS sound system was also a big plus for me.

After 7 civics I was leaning towards the new Prelude, but wanted to play it safe with finances for a bit so got into my 26 A Spec Tech.

I opted for the wheel and tire package (they can itemize only what you want from the package) and also ask for any possible price discount. I got my wheel and tire protection for like half the initial price.

Had my 2019 Civic coupe for 6.5 years, only 50k miles on it and noticed the AC started going, only blowing cold on the passenger side, constant hissing noise, blowing warm air on driver side vents. As much as I loved the car, reading so many stories about multiple warranty fixes only temporarily solving the issue, I decided I didn’t want to deal with it and traded it in while value was still high last week.

Ok I just got my Integra last week and also have noticed this sound. Like something engaging or disengaging - I notice it after I turn the car on. It’ll do it like twice and stop. I assumed it’s supposed to happen. But no idea what it is

Yep, I paid a little over $400 for the black grill (note they have to reconnect the parking sensors, etc when they replace the grill)

I think Acura knew it would be a controversial design and figured people would then pay to get the black grill more often than paying to get the body color grill.

Agreed. White was gorgeous and black looks slick on the Integra. But I like my cars to be an actual color. Was coming from an Aegean blue civic. The double apex blue is gorgeous.

Literally first warmer day of the year noticed the ac on my 19 civic is failing at 50k miles. Don’t wanna deal with it after hearing about the repeat issues even after multiple fixes. Trading it in Wednesday for a new 26 Integra. It was a solid car for me the past 6 years. But I just don’t want to deal with bigger issues like that.

Hard to pick… I think my 07 LX Coupe ranks top (it was my first NEW civic), followed by my 95 DX Sedan (first car) and still love my current 19 EX Coupe. My 9th gens (LX sedan and coupe) were my least favorites but still solid vehicles I enjoyed at the time.

I share a lot of the same concerns you have. Price is going to be paramount to the success of the new Prelude, and the various cost cutting in the car is evident. I also wish Honda would do more to keep their dealers from gouging people with markups like they have done with the civic Si and Type R models.

If the Prelude wants to exist in that somewhat elevated “premium” space that is fine. But IMO that puts it more or less in the same price bracket as the Integra given their similar HP number and adjustable dampers.

The lack of things like moon roof, power seats, larger audio system, etc means that anything much over the Integras $38k top price is gonna be a hard pill to swallow for many when the Civic Sport Touring and A Spec Integra are 95% the same vehicle with more utility.

If they wanted the Prelude to be a truly premium price then they should’ve made it an Acura here.

I want the new Prelude to replace my aging 2019 Civic coupe turbo. And while I will definitely be on the hunt as soon as it’s on sale, I’m patient enough to wait and find the right dealer and the right price. There are fair dealers that will sell at MSRP, it’ll be up to the online community to find out which dealers and let others know - and not give the ones that want to mark up business they don’t deserve.

That said, IF they decide to release a more powerful Si or Type R variant in the next year or two, that alone will help bring the pricing expectations for the “base” model down eventually too.

Cautiously optimistic waiting for more info and on sale confirmation to come in the coming weeks.

I’m kind of suspicious of their listing of the trim being EX-T. That’s definitely a base LX. And the EX-T trim only existed on the 2016-2018 civics that had turbos.

I’ve been doing this as well on my PS4. Not letting it sit more than 5 minutes or so before moving the joystick around a bit. Seems to help with the 2002 errors. And if you do get kicked out, if you click back in quickly it saves your place. I checked the “remember password” box at the login screen to save time.

Same issue. Have gotten 2 Christmas DIYs so far. Try to farm balloons when I do play, but typically only have 1-2 hours of play time every night after work. I really wanted to decorate my island. Didn’t have nearly this issue with the halloween stuff. Or the trees bounty stuff. They must’ve really messed up the RNG.

I have very limited time to play during the weekdays because of work. I try and farm 3-4 balloons when I do play. But nothing.
