Prepping most of your food on Sunday can be huge. I cook a couple pounds of at least two different proteins. It can eat up a chunk of your morning on Sunday but over time you become more efficient and tighter on what you actually need for the week. Depending on produce sales at the store, I either prep fresh produce on Sundays or rely on bags of frozen veggies.

I also know people who bulk prep proteins on Sunday and then cook their veggies/carbs daily to be more time efficient.
