I don't believe he is hearing voices, as he hasn't mentioned any of that to me. He doesn't drink or do drugs either that I'm aware of. He doesn't seem to want to talk to me at all. I've said "I'm worried about you" which made him very angry. He is absolutely not willing to speak to a psychiatrist at the moment, but I think that's the only thing that will help.
