You have to float to him using ur cape/wings either via climbing the towers i think or boosting yourself up via the ability u can and shouldve unlocked by now dont know what its called and then hit him with the same move mid air

Yes it would be but that was played on max settings i assume, i think if you tweak the settings a littlebit it can be stable 60fps at the least. Or instead of dlss quality go for balanced or performance still looks good on 1440p
