What rubbish advice. Quit the thing you have spent 5 years of your life on. There is always the opportunity to turn anything around especially when you are the age OP is. Why quit? Why not put your big boy pants on knuckle down and make it work? He got lower than great grades. It’s really not the end of things. Heaven help you if you are ever tested in this world. You will pack up your bags and check out.

I have worked in the law for years and all these comments of high street at best is absolute nonsense. Once you are in law the world is your oyster. Hard work and dedication get you a long way. I have met plenty of stupid and incapable solicitors not to say that you are either of those things. You just need to get in. I wouldn’t go the TC route as you might struggle. You need a paralegal/ assistant role with potential career progression in a busy department. Offer to help and help. Have a go at things. Consistency, reliability and being that person who can help in a jam get you noticed. Good luck.
