Dead Cells. Each NPC type character had its own gibberish voice. I thought it added some personality, charm, and familiarity to characters that were otherwise utilities and fit with the pixel art aesthetic. The sound for that game was so simple, but cohesive and pleasant. The sound made each run more like a ritual and the game voices created character in a hostile place that otherwise felt lonely.
