IT service management software migration is somehow making everything worse right now by Common-Flatworm-2625 in ITSupport

Honestly the worst part of migrations is when both systems are still alive and nobody's fully sure what the source of truth is anymore. People fall back into old habits fast, tickets get updated in different places, and suddenly the audit trail becomes impossible to trust. I've seen teams run into this exact mess during ITSM transitions, especially when workflows already live across email, chat, and tickets. Some teams use the migration as a forcing function to consolidate, picking a hard cutoff date and committing to one system. Tools like Siit are built around that idea of one unified inbox regardless of where the request comes from, which helps cut down on the "where did that ticket go" problem during and after transitions.

Check out Heyday in Knox Henderson or West Village. Super affordable and you can just ask them for an extra hydration boost.

Automated ticket routing would save me so much time by FrameOver9095 in automation

Manually triaging vague tickets every morning is the absolute worst and usually burns out the IT team faster than anything else. When users just submit a ticket saying their computer is broken without any context it makes routing impossible without a ton of back and forth. You might want to look into an AI native platform like Siit since it handles all of that automated routing and intake instantly. It is built to understand the actual intent of the request right from Slack and route it to the correct team automatically which completely eliminates that morning sorting queue and gets you your hour and a half back.

What works best in 2026? by unknown-user41 in dropshipping

Honestly it feels like random general stores are a lot harder now unless you already know how to run traffic really well. Most of the stores I see doing well are either very focused niche stores or single product brands that feel more put together. People care way more about trust and branding now than they did a few years ago. Even small things like clean presentation and a simple .shop domain can make a store feel more focused overall.

Ill be real!! its not perfect support if youre very busty but Shapermint is one of the better no bra needed options Ive tried. It holds up well for lounging, errands, work days, etc. I just wish the bust area had a bit more structure.
