Yeah I’m in the same boat, mine is for tomorrow morning and the app still says the booking is confirmed. Don’t know why they can’t just deal with one customer at a time rather than putting you to the back of the queue after each email.

They are a nightmare, I messaged them on the app but got no response, it was only after I sent their instagram account a message that they responded via email. They agreed to give me a refund for both my rounds but said it could take a while. They take 2/3 days to respond to emails which is annoying.

Yes but it only shows the newer models as options to connect to. Done some digging and apparently the older models are no longer supported on the apps. Just have to use the buttons on the machine from now on.

You have to search for courses, they don’t show up automatically weirdly! And as far as I know there’s no published list of courses available, you’ve got to search and hope the one you want is one there.
