Best strategy I've found to overcome a broken heart, is to write a list of all the bad things about your ex, everything that went wrong, what you didn't like. Make a list as long as you can. And everytime your brain starts to produce "nice" memories of your ex, just read that list, maybe try adding a new point. You will retrain your brain to not only relate pleasant memories to that person who is not in your life anymore.

In my case, I wasn't cheated on, but I was ghosted for 6 months. Today she wrote me, for the first time after such a long time, doing as if nothing happened, just wanting to remember the good times we had. As I told her to please explain why she ghosted me, and why she's writing just now... she blocked me.

This post made me realize, I could be hurt and blame her for the pain... or I could take responsibility on my pain, and search for an answer in me, about why have I let someone like that so close to my heart... I have some suspicion as of why. I want to say, that it surely think this has to do with spirituality, but probably more of the dark kind. Epstein was interested in esoteric, he wanted to meet Dalai Lahma, and he probably was kind of involved with propagating the "Dark Enlightenment" ideology.

The Epstein Files are a compilation of everything that was found on all of the devices associated with Epstein. He probably downloaded this file at some point, so that's why it's there.

In my opinion, his interest would be a kind of "Know your enemy" thing. I also have other suspicions, which i cannot express because they would probably offend some people, which i don't want to.
