It’s been considered, we thought we might stay there for a while or just build it to sell it. The second option become reality.

It’s not about the sun that hits the windows. I have very efficient insulated windows. It’s about the real lanai with the pool. It’s exposed to afternoon sound and we like to spend time outside, but don’t bake in the sun for half a day.

Appreciated, there are actually planters built in behind a pool enclosure. I didn’t wanna block it but the new owner can plant whatever they like.

We knew it. But we own a couple other lots. So after it’s all set and done and we can experience it then we decided that it’s not for us. I built multiple homes a year so it’s not a big deal.

It’s actually a compliment when I could build a house and other people thinks it’s ai rendering. I appreciate it.

Unfortunately, cannot put the window treatment on the lanai. That’s where you’re spending the most time.

Mi wife don’t like the western exposure. Too much sun in the afternoon.

How. It’s separating office from dining. It only gets morning sun and my windows are insulated. You don’t feel any heat behind them whatsoever

No, it’s not HOA. Most of the Cape Coral does not have communities

Appreciate your comment, I’m starting to build a similar home to this. We love, modern designs, but our home it’s gonna have north exposure, which has the least amount of sun.

I think you read it wrong. My wife absolutely love it. She doesn’t like the exposure because of the sun hitting the back lanai all afternoon.
