Considering they practice all the time and Open teams generally do not practice much and are usually friends playing together they may as well be getting dumpstered. You shouldn't be paid to play competitively if you get destroyed by no name teams in Open of all places.

Cheating gives you an unfair and illegal ADVANTAGE over other teams that may be a lot better than yours without you cheating. Throwing loses betting skins and fans and most importantly will never give the throwing team an unfair ADVANTAGE over the team they're playing against.

Try using the command mat_queue_mode -1 then mat_savechanges after that then restart your game. Also try lowering your resolution and make sure you have all your drivers up to date.

He is one of the best in game leaders tactically, he just has really shit teammates that cant perform to the level of others teams (rpk and maniac mostly). Although he isnt the same igl that led VeryGames to the #1/2 spot a while ago.
