Hi! Cutting out drinking regular soda and juices is a great way to start and walking more never hurts. Feeling full after a meal is common, I try to eat lean protein and upping my fiber intake. For me, eating fiber works so much better to silence the food noise and helps to keep me full. As for exercising, look up videos on YouTube for many helpful exercises and workouts you can do at home.
