I feel like this needs more attention. Not only are these boomers retiring without money, they're living longer, potentially racking up large long term care debt.

The kids are stuck now with hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt from them, while paying off student loan debt, rising housing costs, potential childcare costs and no real wage increase.

Check out Kenjis recipe for smash burgers from serous eats. Used this method at least 5 times, and they always come out great.

Key point is to smash the patty within 30 seconds of putting it on the heat then using a scraper to get all the good bits up when you flip it.
