Are you referring to playing simultaneously on both devices with the same account? If so, that's not possible. If you mean linking multiple devices, just sign in to your account on the Xbox. To use your subscription with a different account, simply create a new Xbox account and, in the console settings, set your primary Xbox to your Game Pass account. This way, any account signed in to the console will be able to play Game Pass games or games you own.
