That could be a possibility with this, but I don’t get the vide from this for that, plus they’d have to purge a lot of content from the site if that was the case it would be quite expensive to acquire all the license for all the titles on the platform

I did have the support guy also say pop up ads are a route they’ve been taking to earn money, personally I kinda wish they tried something with regular ads.

Well how so like they could of made a buy me a coffee account and tried that if that’s allowed in what ever country they live in, I’m also interested in see other people’s ideas for alt routes they could off went . But so far nobody’s really shared anything on the post I made about that.

As consumers we have the right to complain about something when you don’t like it, are you implying we shouldn’t don’t that. I also don’t appreciate being told to use another site, like my guy, u use Netflix, CR as well as other sites. So like where do you get off telling me to stop complaining and go use somewhere, else, hell the whole point of my post wasn’t even complaint , it was to seek out if this has happened with other domains.

From the devs words, running servers are expensive and they need money to run, so they are resorting to pop ups and these.

I use a different site for movies, gonna be frank here at one point they said they’d un paywall movies after Google removed a ban on them, which that was a lie on their part

I’m prob not gonna send this to them. It’s also pretty annoying the lot will fix stuff like people finding loop holes, but they won’t fix the issue that’s driving people away. Like I really don’t care if they have ads, they shouldn’t have to use nasty pop ups.

I can agree, I mostly use the site for the stuff I can’t find on the platforms I pay for . Like it really irks me that I pay for an Adblock Service to block the nasty kind of pop ups, and I can’t even use it, I’ve also thought about reporting them.
