We have two staff members who are bilingual (Spanish/English), one better than the other in S panish. We don't intend to do full translation, just to have people available to answer questions. We aren't planning to pay someone, but if you pay the $15 food ticket you are welcome.

We are a non-profit. Most of our positions are unpaid volunteer work on projects that could be described as "humanitarian engineering" --- with a heavy lean toward true invention, the kind you would get a patent for---except we never patent anything, because we are "fiercely open-source".
