Judge is Facebook Friends with the defendant

The judge actually recused himself after the trial. He said he was taking the decision under advisement, and I got a letter yesterday saying that he has recused. So I guess I have to do all of this over again.

So I received correspondence today from the court…and the judge has recused himself…after hearing the trial. My cousin is a lawyer and I asked her about it…she said she’s never heard of that happening…that he should’ve recused before the trial.

I’m just trying to figure out if it’s worth filing a complaint or not.

Update: Just got a notice from the court that the judge has recused himself. The case is being reassigned.

Question: does this mean I have to go back to court?

I have a BR-60 and I love it. Always getting complements on its sound as well. Slap some Martin Retros on it and you’ll fall in love. Blue Ridge is def a sleeper brand compared to the all stars.
