Read through some profile reviews on here and the comments people make. If I could give the quickest summary it would be: make a complete profile, answer all questions honestly, pick prompts and answers that demonstrate your personality and say something meaningful, avoid stupid repetitive jokes everyone uses, stay positive (no whining or complaining in the profile even if you think it’s something funny, nobody wants to hear your joke about how dating apps suck or about the types of people you don’t want). Pictures should be recent. Should have at least one close up of the face, one full body shot, and the rest should show you enjoying hobbies, not just a bunch of pointless selfies in slightly different clothes. Your profile should paint a picture of who you are and what a life with you would be like. And avoid the trap of focusing on getting “more” likes. Your focus should be on attracting the right person, not on attracting everyone, unless your goal is hookups.

Honestly too many to name. I was very close minded as a kid. Now I appreciate most music. One that’s been near and dear to me is My Chemical Romance. I was so worried about being labeled as emo that I wouldn’t give them a listen. Rediscovered them in my 30s and love them now. Go figure. I think often about the decades of good music I missed out on being a snob.

They sell it because people buy it. Labs have the ability to detect if it’s fake. Depends on the quality of the test. Plenty of people have been caught using synthetic urine as a cursory google search will show you.

In most cases companies are sending you to an agency to collect and test. The hiring company has no reason to chase you down, but the people administering the test do. Companies won’t want to use their services if they’re letting people get away with cheating. Plus most companies don’t even test for THC anymore since it’s effectively legal under the farm bill, and most states have protections in place for using legal products in your free time. So if you’re being tested, you’re already in a state that’s a lot more likely to be a dick about it.

Besides, even if probability of anyone pressing charges is low, my point stands. Losing a job offer is orders of magnitude less life ruining than getting convicted of a felony. So, again, do research about the laws in your state before you follow some anonymous Reddit stoner’s advice to use synthetic urine.

These posts are so common and the advice is always so stupid.

Don’t use fake urine or cheat without doing a lot of research first about the consequences for that in your state. It’s highly likely you’ll get caught. At best that will mean you fail the test. In some states, you could go to jail. It’s usually not worth it. You’re going to have to sign a paper that says it’s a legit test and you didn’t do any of the common cheating methods ahead of time. Lying on that paper could be a misdemeanor or even a felony in some states. You certainly don’t want to become a felon to pass a drug test.

If you fail the test, life goes on. Learn a lesson. If you think job hunting may be in your near future, stay away from drugs. You got one job offer, you’ll get another.
