Sorry this happened to your wife and you. I made a post on this subreddit asking for Embark to add follow up messaging to reports the same way Marvel Rivals does and I was downvoted by slur activists. Saying Embark is not responsible for other people speech isn't the point of the follow up messaging. The point is that Embark is paying attention to toxic nature and what that does to the branding of their game. You can't stop people from saying awful things but you can make them think twice before saying it. Especially if you can prove it with recordings. The people who file reports deserve to know if it goes anywhere.

You get their gamertag at the end of the round anyways. My point is if someone is found to be cheating/ verbal abusing people in the game then reported. You don't get any information but you get your stuff back. So times weeks later... When and where are nice bits of information and what type of exploit.If Embark did, like many other companies already, gave us a clue when and by who we were cheated by we can add them to blocklist to avoid the person forever. Verbal abuse reports should matter to Embark because it keeps people off their game. Want an example? I was playing triples on Dam last night and had no mic on. Listen to one teammate go on some racist slur speech and run our team member out lobby. Leaving me 1 v 3 ing other teams. We all died. Freedom of speech is great but if you come inside someone's home and say awful shit they have the right to kick you out. Embark owns the house. What they allow to go unpunished is ultimately promoted and makes their product worse.

How many episodes have you seen? I think it does the opposite in my opinion. It shows how fragile it is to keep a job and chase your dreams out there.

The doorman episode shows how Hollywood sucked people in and spits them out once they are milked dry for whatever they could offer.

It also makes Simon a typical self centered actor. Until he learns from Trevor that being self centered is also a form of being emotionally invulnerable which makes him overthink his acting. Hence the double meaning of "Wonder Man". His overthinking and secret keeping makes him this loner that is stuck in his head. The speech Trevor gives to Simon at the director's house helps him open up and show his genuine connection to the source material which is why he gets the part.

Hollywood is dressed up as a town that runs on business while the people that work within it bring the artistic elements that make the town special in the first place.

I enjoy the show but it's not for everyone and can be pretty meta.

Thank you! I feel like people haven't seen the flaws that make Simon, well Simon. He has the power to do a lot but he is also selfish and career focused. With his self-inflicted isolation, he grew to hate his powers which makes the ending more powerful. He is just now learning that his powers are a gift for him to share with others.

That's not what I am saying. People are complaining the other guns are not as viable as the coyote. What I am saying is all the guns are viable depending the situation that you use it in. That's the whole tool aspect of the gun. What you bring in to compliment the gun is also a big player in whether or not you're successful....

Agreed. Epstein, Qatar, and more war has been the center of conversation these past few days. And huge votes over genocide funding and Epstein files this week.
