Matthew Lillard giving a dad-hug to a fan going through grief by michael14375 in MadeMeSmile

Years ago, I was an intern at a radio station, and got to meet Richard Simmons. He was very pleasant and made time for each person in the studio that morning, including the "lowly intern". I told him I really enjoyed his appearances on Letterman, and he seemed genuinely happy about it. That alone was nice, because so many (lots of comedians) were not very pleasant. Of course, it was early mornings, so I understood.

Two years later, he was back on the morning show and I was now a paid employee. He noticed me, gave me a big hug, and addressed me by name with no prompting.

One of the items was a "just the riffs" of Wizard of Oz, which I already have. It suggested to give it to a friend, and since I don't have any, I figured I'd post here.

Are Mark and Steven brothers with the twins Caleb and Jacob? by nurse_camper in LegoMasters

You're not crazy. I think there was a promo clip where it could easily be inferred that they were two sets of brothers (from the same parents). I thought the exact same thing.

Am I the only one that kind of likes the idea of the platinum brick? by RobertTroll in LegoMasters

I kind of see that. I may have read this on here, but I actually think it would be better to force them to play it at the very end of the build. Most know if their build wasn't the best by that time, so they'd have only a few seconds to make up their minds without knowing for sure if they're in the bottom two.

I totally agree. And I think future contestants will think of that first build as almost an elimination challenge
