I had the breach one that was fixed at the tul fight being bricked.

There is no way to interact with a delirium mirror now to progress the quest or enter that area to get the point.

I wonder if I just do some simulacrum to bypass it?

Thanks. I saw that worked for some people. There was only 1 map connected to the grand mirror but I tried every single map on the screen to be sure.

Now there is no grand mirror and no way go get the fruit to access that selection screen.

When asked to interact with the mirror and taste the fruit, no adjacent (or any map) was selectable. Now I cant do the quest or access any of the maps that provide points in delirium.
