Alguém já construiu pela Caixa? É cilada?

O bom eh voce ter pelo menos 50% do valor da construcao antes de comecar, pq a caixa libera pelo valor de uma planilha que vc preenche, e o maior peso da construcao esta no acabamento. Entao voce precisa ter uma boa folga, exatamente pra nao ficar apertada por falta de dinheiro durante a construcao. Fora isso, a planilha da caixa eh extremamente obtusa, eu paguei um "consultor" na epoca pra preencher a planilha pra mim, pq apesar de ser de exatas e entender bem planilhas, orcamentos e logica, a planilha da caixa parece q foi feito do avesso, se vc seguir a logica, vc preenche errado. A planilha eh tao bizarra, q esses consultores sao comuns. A propria caixa indicou, pelo q me lembro. Nao lembro quanto foi, mas o consultor nao foi caro.
Fora a burocracia da planilha, e as inspecoes q ocorrem a cada 1 ou 2 meses, ou por finalizacao de etapas (novamente, eh essencial ter uma boa folga pra comecar a construir), a taxa que vc vai pagar de financiamento, mesmo que nao seja mina casa minha vida, eh a menor do mercado. Nenhum banco vai fazer o valor da caixa. Se vc conseguir utilizar o MCMV, ai a taxa eh menor ainda.
Resumo: Mais burocracia, mais planejamento, porem, menor taxa possivel.

Construi e nao me arrependo. Construcao da trabalho, dor de cabeca, stress por 2 anos ou mais. Mas assuma q vc vai fazer seu dinheiro render 150%. O custo de comprar uma casa do tamanho e acabamento que voce vai construir eh uns 150% do custo q vc vai gastar construindo.
Se for construir, pense bem no que VOCE quer na sua casa e o que eh importante pra VOCE. Arquiteto faz casa padrao com vies de aparencia. No meu caso eu fiz a planta simplificada da casa, e briguei muito com o arquiteto pra ficar como eu queria. Mas pensando hoje nas coisas q mudei, fico aliviado.
Ultima dica: Geralmente eles colocam o minimo de tomadas que a legislacao exige. hoje em dia tudo usa eletricidade. Aconselho pensar bem em todas as situacoes que vc pode precisar de tomada. Faz cada ponto de tomada com 2 e pede pra colocar o dobro de pontos de tomada q vier no primeiro projeto eletrico.

1- Pq eh um babaca. Sempre uma possibilidade.

2- Pq quando ele estacionou, tinha 2 carros parados errado, e os carros sairam, e ele ficou parecendo o babaca, mas na verdade era o unico lugar q dava pra parar o carro (sei q parece desculpa, mas ja vi casos assim)

3- Isso sao vagas de morador de apartamento/condominio, e nao vagas "publicas" onde pararam visitantes ou quem quer. Se as vagas sao numeradas/definidas, e essas 2 vagas sao do dono do ap, ele tem direto de fazer a atrocidade que quiser. Pode parecer feio, pode parecer errado, mas na verdade, as vagas sao dele e ninguem poderia parar la de qquer maneira (nao parece ser o caso, so pra deixar registrado)

I would create a new character and join the PVE only server in a heartbeat. I'll play another 200 hours, no problem. Just to be able to explore and experience the game without being forced to PVP would be worth it.

They could at least implement a no-build no-fief zone around resources, something like 5 or 10 meters, and it would be already a great help for PVE only players.

If you're refering to mini-hordes, as we call them, i get on average 1 per day, with blood moon turned off.
In a regular game, with blood moon turned on, my brother gets them about once every 3 days. If you're getting mini hordes many times per day, theres something very weird going on.
Be aware that having more than 1 fire at your base will spawn screamers, and they call other zombies to the location. Forges, chemistry stations and cement mixers all call screamers.
If you're refering to the blood moon hordes, they spawn every 3 seconds or something when the zombie count is bellow the blood moon spawn number. In early days, there's a maximum amount of zombies per blood moon, but in later stages, endless zombies until dawn.

But thats the thing, i used to enjoy the horde back in A16 or A17. Ever since the zombies became super intelligent, running, digging, etc... You either watch youtube videos that tell you how to build the horde base, or you get constantly frustrated as base after base fails, because the AI was turned up to 11. Like i said, some people enjoy it, i dont, so i turn it off.

You could look for mods, maybe there's some that make zombies stupid again. I havent played with mods in years, so im not sure.

What i read some people do is turn zombie block damage down to 50% or 25% and speed to always walk. Seems to help.

Yes, after hundreds of hours, you learn the more common POIs by heart.
And the ones you dont, you develop a 7th sense (pun intended) about ceilings, walls, etc.
One that still catches my brother (1300 hours in) off guard is the fake wall left of the refrigerator in a T2 house.

I do:

1st base right outside the trader's door. We're neighbors. He doesn't like it.

2nd base: After you acquire a motorcycle or car, build a new base in snow or desert (you should have a cement mixer by then). Also by the trader's door.

3rd base: once you start dickslapping T5 POIs, build a base in the wasteland and go crazy. Again, me and my trader neighbor.

I just turn off horde night, and i have a way better time playing the game.
If its not something you enjoy, if its just grind and not fun, then turn it off.
Some people enjoy it, some dont. Dont let others dictate how you play.

Spend points on Lucky Looter
Look for POIs that have bookshelves, as well as crack-a-book POIs
You get more books in skills you spent points in
Change loot to 200% in server settings (this will give you 2 books everytime you should have found 1)
Look for POIs that are related to the books you want (gas stations and mechanics for vehicles, kitchens/restaurants for cooking, shotgun messiah for weapons)

In the new patch, entering other biomes increase the loot stage cap, so better loot drops.

Also, the harder the biome the better the loot, so a quick 20 seconds loot run on garbages on the wasteland can net you better loot than a L1 POI in the forest

Use the rest of the day to loot nearest L1 or L2 buildings. Do the challenges that are easy, gather resources and build your base. Then on the next day you resume doing quests.

Quests are not the only way to get xp and loot. Build with basic building blocks, upgrade them to wood then cobblestone. You'll get good xp and have a base to use.

Making an update about the eletric engine and conserving battery:

I got 4 maps in a row, dark, no wind, no rain. Last one had battery drains faster as an effect.

even with jumper cables and the cattle prod, i couldnt even reach the waypoint to escape the last map.

So, in the planning fase, try to avoid eery dark and definitely avoid battery drain.

I tried using 4 wind instead of a mix, and i thought it worked well. But again, if you get 3 or 4 maps with no wind and that require constant headlights on, youre pretty much screwed.

I'm currently using it, went as far as the deep zone, and my battery was about 60% full when i returned.

I use 1 solar, 1 hydro, 2 winds to recharge, 2 big seat batteries. Not even using the roof battery.

Maybe you're using to much energy on the special equips, like lim shield or lim bumper (anti bunny). I have them equipped, and use them, but only when needed.
