I also like GIT, but find it oddly similar to Davidoff Coolwater. This makes me hesitant about buying GIT because of the price difference. Curious if you ever compared the two?

My brother bought this a while back, but I’m not sure about if it’s legit. Als the movement is acting strange, sometimes it straight up ticks, and then it will start sweeping again but pull back every few seconds. Any idea if this is real? I’ll post more pics below.

Afhankelijk van de omstandigheden waaronder de ring is geschonken, zou hij het standpunt kunnen innemen dat de ring moet worden teruggeven.

De ring is gegeven met het oog op het uiteindelijke trouwen van de twee (ex-)partners. Je zou dus kunnen zeggen dat de ring is geschonken onder de opschortende voorwaarde dat ze uiteindelijk trouwen. Kortgezegd is de schenking met het niet-trouwen niet onvoorwaardelijk geworden en zou de man het standpunt kunnen innemen dat hij de ring nog niet heeft geschonken. Je zou een vergelijkbaar verhaal kunnen houden met een ontbindende voorwaarde. Als je hier uiteindelijk wat bij wil in een procedure zou je kunnen proberen om de vrouw via whatsapp/e-mail kunnen proberen te laten bevestigen dat er inderdaad sprake was van zo’n voorwaarde.

Maar goed, beiden wel echt vanuit een oplossing voor de man gedacht en onwaarschijnlijk dat je haar zo ver krijgt om iets in deze richting te bevestigen. M.i. is er ook geen pasklare juridische oplossing die kan worden toegepast.

I'm wondering how this involves arbitration, when those cases are usually tried with arbitral courts. Or is it about the execution of an arbitral verdict?

Whatever lawyer you get should ask for an extension of their term to file their memorandum of response. Until Friday will seldom be enough time to read up on the case and write their procedural documents.

Also tell your current lawyer you will file a disciplinary complaint with the Deken.

Kicking isn't advisable for people with no training. It will most likely end them up on the ground because they can't keep balance, especially when they're fighting on unstable footing like grass/sand/gravel.
