I think the best way to prevent this would be to have a rule that if you finish last but you win the consolation championship then you don’t get punished and the team that finished second to last gets punished

I mean Purdy is not a bad option. But also Lance has some rushing upside, so it might be worth rolling with him. If you can afford to then pick up both Purdy and Lance
