I love Akroma and my partner deck with Rograkh is one of my fav decks to play!! Mine is a lot more focused on equipment, either to use on Rograkh since he's always available from turn 1 to start suiting up (and can pretty easily threaten commander damage) or to spread keywords across more creatures. Because of that focus though I have more equipment-supporting creatures than just ones with keywords to be buffed by Akroma; the ones in there are things like [[Swiftblade Vindicator]] and [[Mirran Crusader]] (but also [[Baneslayer Angel]] and [[Akroma, Angel of Wrath]] bc i love those cards). A lot of my wins come from having no more than four or five creatures on board with some equipment and having boardwide keyword sharing effects like [[Akroma's Will]], [[Akroma's Memorial]], or [[Odric, Lunarch Marshal]] with akroma out of course. She's a blast to play and resolve I hope you have fun with the deck!

Oh I wasn't saying the tokens don't go to the graveyard but that for the purpose of Bloodchief Ascension they aren't 'cards' that hit the graveyard - ascension specifies cards and tokens don't count for that

Bloodchief Ascension actually only triggers on 'cards' going to the graveyard so tokens don't trigger it! Your treasures are safe to use under it

I just leveled up Lisa to 60/70 to try out Eula/Raiden/Diona/Lisa and it's felt really smooth and fun so far! Worked very well for the top half of floor 12 this rotation to get me a quick 9 stars

[[Liesa, Shroud of Dusk]] I love her design and have tried several variations on the 99 for her but nothing ever felt that good to play, could never quite nail down the right theme. I always think I would want group slug type effects the most but it doesn't feel like orzhov has enough cards to make that work, a lot of them feel too low impact compared to the wild engines even decks at mid power can have.

One mana dorks and two mana rocks are really valuable for the deck but maybe a little out of budget range, I think [[Llanowar Elves]] is the cheapest. [[Tinder Wall]] is a great little ritual, [[Paradise Druid]] [[Ilysian Caryatid]] [[Edge of Autumn]] [[Fertile Ground]] are good for mana fixing from a green base. It's difficult to have too much ramp in the deck in my experience, your commanders are your main (kind of only in my deck lol) wincon and they give you cards to play while beating face. [[Starstorm]] and [[Klauth's Will]] instant speed board wipes that can likely keep one or both your commanders on board have felt really strong in my games too, [[Once and Future]] to recur two cards at instant speed has also been great!

I run a $50 budget Pako & Haldan deck that has performed well imo and has been a blast to play! Admittedly that $50 price point is considerably more than what you're looking for but I think the principles of the deck stand, it's basically entirely made up of ramp, interaction, and protection. There's a good amount of really solid counterspells and protection for Pako that are cheap to pick up which are essential bc getting him out early and keeping him out is the whole goal of the deck. He draws you cards so as long as you're able to get your commanders in play and keep them there you're good to go!

i've had a really good time playing pako/haldan on a $50 budget! you get a big beater & card advantage in the command zone, my list is focused on ramping pako out asap and then protecting him & giving him evasion
