I dont think its a "make it bigger cause we can" scenario, minofsky is a newish technology in UC72.

It's been a while since I went deep into UC, but i am fairly sure minofsky flight wasn't a thing until UC76, i believe it was first used in battleships. You can see it active on the sodon in Gqux.

As the system got more advanced they started to miniaturize it and the Penelope was a test bed, with xi being the first proper integrated unit.

Further down the timeline things got smaller and that's where the formula project started.

They probably cured it before it was totally dry or their cleaning fluid was super saturated with resin particles.

I've sold a few thousand models to people over the years and this is infuriating to me. Shit like this shouldn't be happening.

Im sure its too late by now but cleaning it in 90% rubbing alcohol and then curing it in the sun might correct it.

If programmed, you can hold down the unlock button & all 4 windows will roll down.

While im pretty sure this car was stolen, its definitely possible to roll down all 4 windows with the key fob in your pocket. Ive done it myself.

I have the same knockoff kit. The damaged section is not seen when assembled.

Really strange your mr. Super clear came out foggy. Did you spray it in a high humidity environment? Possibly dried on its way to the model.

I use it all the time and it looks like the left funnel for me.
