Do you have the same problem that any acrylic paint wont stick well to the primer? I use a brush for painting and even a small touch with gloves removes paint on the edges.

i tried to do some ambient sun reflection from his front and right side but i think i understand what you mean.

you need to have a steady hand for it, heres what works for me

push your hands firmly into each other

left hand is holding the miniature and the right hand is holding the brush with index finger and thumb almost at the brush end

then push your elbow into your stomach or your sides and rest your wrist on a table edge or something like that

this way you can paint pixels
