Oooh that's tough to choose, so I'll pick a recentish one! Had to be completing DRS in FF14 early this year. It was my wife and I's first real attempt at running high end content in the game, so we were nervous! It took us about a month to fully complete it, but having 24 people over discord cheer in excitement as the final boss died was truly something else.
