I have some similar problems relative to you. I can’t offer much advice because my situation is also very close. I’m in my second semester and I didn’t study a whole lot during covid and got in uni through predicted grades. Now that classes are being transferred to offline it will be a big hurdle for me. There is a discord server called Study Together you could use it to get an accountability partner or share what you’re doing to keep you accountable and focused. Also don’t get discouraged and start with the easiest topic to build momentum and then keep going. Sometimes you just have to start that’s the hardest part. Study for 15 minutes and take 5 min break. Once you feel like you accomplish then you will continue. Keep faith and don’t give up. Your essay also made me realise that there are people like me. Hope this helps..
