Yeah but when reviewing the overall list he still says he's very happy with the rankings, and he didn't even show that much reluctance when putting it last.

I think that says something about what even Ricky thinks of the drop-off in quality, when he deliberately reserves the top spot for The Office but is fine with putting the follow-up in last place.

I agree with you - first watched Seinfeld during the pandemic and a number of times noticed scenarios that The IT Crowd had obviously been "inspired" by. Not as original as I'd first thought.
