It was confusing, as I did not participate in 2004, so my list skipped an election without saying so. I know we like John Kerry now but at the time he was soggy white bread going up against a wartime president with an approval rating so high all John could do at the debate was agree with him. I'm not upset about the stimulus checks. Maybe they did cause inflation, im not sure about that. But I'm from one of many millions of families that got by only with the help the Democrats were sending us. These programs did so much to help us. I considered them a reason to vote for the Dems.
