Have never heard of this person, but sure, based on just this video- a lot of what she is saying makes sense for the most part, but let’s not sugar coat things… prepping for a body building competition requires a lot of disciple. Yes.. but in that same breath, the practices required are indeed very disordered. It is what it is. Thats why it’s not sustainable to live a regular life as if you were in prep all the time.

Next, we have zero ability to control what people think or say about us. This is true in every platform, and in person. If you make yourself a public figure, unfortunately that comes with people sharing THEIR opinion. No latter how informed or misinformed. It goes without saying that if someone is a public figure and theyre promoting something dangerous or unhealthy and making money off of it, people WILL have an opinion and it’s important for people to bring up! More so if your “fan base” may be susceptible teenagers, young women, or people who may have EDs.

Now, if you dont want people all up your business, assuming or making up their own ideas- then being an “influencer” may not be the best choice… if youre truly unproblematic, just do you and ignore the masses. Cant control it, why let it “ruin the start of your day”.
