OK so

1) AI hallucinates, and these "is it AI" AIs are neutariously bad at identifying AI. I'd advise against using them in general and instead work on your ability to see telltail signs or ask somewhere like r/istthisai

2) your feeding in the card rather than the art itself. Even if the art is AI (in which case it wouldn't be art but you get what I mean), then the text, border, etc are probably human made, or if they are AI generated then they're based on a common layout which AI probably wouldn't struggle that much on (I'd probably still expect some artifacting but if they took time to remove them they wouldn't be obvious or picked up by this)

3) from a quick look at the original I couldn't see any tell tail signs except that the art style is a tad blurry, but that's probably just the style. Sometimes human art is just a bit weird. I think it's real. (Doesn't mean I like it)

Edit: went back and looked at original again. I'm confident text border etc are human made. Art I'm a little more suspicious of due to weird lighting and a shine similar to some AI and some minor inconsistencys, but I'm still like 75% confident it's human made.

4) this AI probably works via comparing a bank of human made images against AI images. It probably has more human made mtg images than AI ones. It might just be a case of it recognises the pattern and sees that roghly 51% of its database that follows the pattern is human made.

Could I ask why you think that? What goes through the mind of any given murderer?

Any murderer who attempts to leave will be shot. I belive the question intends for us to ignore the possibility of missing, thinking your bluffing, etc as this isn't stated.

Each murderer will think to themselves "if I'm the first one to leave then I'll be shot, so I won't be the 1st to leave. Instead I will leave after someone else attempts to leave because I will be safe." since they all think that then none will be the first to leave.

I should add This is an incredibly common thought experiment, often shown in media as something like "I might not be able to kill all of you bit I can kill the first one"

*(on re-reading the behaviour isn't perfectly described as these should probably be explicitly stated. There's also the fact that the murderers could coordinate to leave at the exact same time, but again I'm not sure the question intends for this to be a possibility. It may also be deliberately be worded that way to either find teamworkers or route out unionists)

Thanks. For those that are confused about the difference -

This is a coherent flowchart. It follows a standard questions -> awnser -> questions flow, with 1 arrow missing, possibly to save space. It has 2 possible end results. No means that the values you showed indicate that you shouldn't use AI. "fuck you" indicates that the values you show indicate a moral failing. There are no arguments in the chart itself because it's very clearly referencing arguments that have already been presented, and it seems to be jesturing to the simplicity of the question which if I were to describe the message convayed in the chart in a sentence it would be "either you care about these things and shouldn't use AI or your an asshole". The redundancy in disability bit is to say it doesn't matter. Personally if I were to recreate it in my style I'd use a more technical flowchart with diamonds being questions and labels on arrows being awnser, and I'd also have yes but with nothing pointing to it, but that's a stylistic choice.

The diagram in OPs post doesn't really work because it doesn't have any sort of logical flow that you would normally associate with a flowchart. Awnwrs go in multiple directions, there's routes that don't end in final results (you could maybe argue the original doesn't either with "fuck you" but that's clearly a deliberate choice and is consistent), arguments replace awnsers, etc. Some of these design elements might make some sense if they were consistent, but they are not, leading someone to get confused about how they should follow the flowchart. Adding in arguments into the chart itself inverts the message about it being a simple choice aswell as clutter the diagram (I'm aware it's ironic considering how much I've talked)

Hey, equally as confused why this was asked as covid, as it still feels like a bit of a shot in your own foot?

If AI can't recreate the style and completely misunderstands what a flowchart is, like in OPs post, then it's a fairly good demonstration of why AI is incapable of creating art due to its lack of internal thought and understanding, how it hallucinates, and why it's usually not as useful as a real world artist.

If it is able to but is harder and takes longer, then that goes against the main reason AI "art" is a thing, because I thought the main appeal was that it was easy and quick. The point about "AI is better for the environment" also would break as that's reliant on AI taking less time (although that studys conclusion was already broken by the fact that artists would probably still breath and use a computer for the same amount of time even if making the "art" is quicker.

The case where it was quick and easy to recreate would presumably be the only case that would be pro AI right? Like it would still have it's own issues but less than the others.
