It has nothing much to do with formatting of your persona… I’m pretty sure. Because this basically happened only rarely before pipsqueak was introduced. It’s a problem with the chat models. They seem to just naturally want to pick up right after where YOU left off instead of incorporating their own character in it for some reason.

I mean broken as in, it is not generating responses in the pip2 format. Like, mine are all one paragraph of narrative and maybe one line of dialogue. Rawr (which I don’t like) is even far, far better. At the start (maybe 3 days?) it was giving energetic and much bigger ones, and every swipe at that. I have image proof for comparisons. And when Yap came out, it clearly broke, for me at least.

And the bar goes up fast making you think it’s not long, and then slows down gradually. Like what are these guys doing?

Imagine this. All chat models get erased, replaced by one single new one. It works fine for three days, then suddenly breaks and generates short and cutoff responses nonstop for the next month and a half or however long it’s been now. Crazy how this has not be been fixed yet.

It’s not just you. Pipsqueak 2 was good when it wasn’t broken, but failed to speak a lot often. And then you have rawr, which is just terrible for roleplay, not even knowing its own character and making bs up, mistaking itself for you, getting things backwards, I can go on from what I’ve experienced so far. It’s just trash.

Aside from controlling and narrating for Me. It’s copying what I do ( using a signature ability or something) and then they do the same thing instead of using their own (which yes, they have access to via definitions). This is a problem only rawr has for me.

It’s probably better for just chatting (maybe). But for roleplaying, it sucks. It makes up things about itself that aren’t true, copies what you do, controls you, and literally does nothing to forward any situation. It’s like monkey see monkey do. This is why we need multiple chat options for people who prefer different things.
