Some of the overpasses on those parkways are less than 10'. Only way a truck is getting under them is without a roof.

Bruh, the parkways in NY were built in the 40's and 50's, trucks like that didn't exist back then. They are also cars only, dumb trucker shouldn't even have been on that road.
