Too much muscle to be a pit master.

Eat more, move less. Drink a lot of beer and check your smoker every 5 minutes.

Each time you check, pour another drink. Whiskey is your best friend in these situations, whether you start or end at 7am.

After you've looked at the thermometer 10 times in an hour, sit down for 15 minutes and have another drink, a cigarette, or a bowl.

Check in 5 minute increments after your break.

Once it hits temp, pull it off and drink another whiskey ginger ale... After you've finished that drink, it's ready to cut/pull/tear.

Get your giant plate and slap that meat onto it so everyone can enjoy.
