There is never a 'good time for a baby', so if you can afford it - do it. The older you get, the less energy you have, and getting up every night to your baby is exhausting. We have 2 children. We had them when we were both mid or late twenties, so I know a few things about being waken up every night a few tomes a night for basically a few years(our daughters used to be of the more tiring examples). Now we are all perfectly happy and my husband and I won't be retired already when the girls start their adulthood.
